Referral Program Plan for Alerio Consulting

Objective:

To incentivize individuals to refer new clients to Alerio Consulting by offering a scalable reward system, even if they are not existing clients.

Referral Program Details:

Program Overview:

• Anyone can refer a new client to Alerio Consulting.

• Referrers will be rewarded after the referred client has been with Alerio Consulting for one month, provided the client signs a full-year contract.

• Referred clients must not be existing clients and must be based in the UK.

Referral Rewards:

• Small Client: £50

• Medium Client: £100

• Large Client: £150

Client Classification: Client classification is based on the expected annual revenue that Alerio Consulting will earn from the client.

• Small Client: Expected annual revenue contribution to Alerio Consulting between £1000 and £2,500.

• Medium Client: Expected annual revenue contribution to Alerio Consulting between £2,500 and £5,000.

• Large Client: Expected annual revenue contribution to Alerio Consulting above £5,000.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • The referral program is open to everyone, regardless of whether they are existing clients of Alerio Consulting.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the Alerio Consulting website.

   • The referrer must provide accurate contact information for the referred client.

3. Reward Conditions:

   • The reward will be issued after the referred client has completed one month of service with Alerio Consulting.

   • The referred client must sign a contract for a minimum duration of one year.

   • The reward amount is determined based on the client classification.

   • The referred client must not be an existing client of Alerio Consulting and must be based in the UK.

4. Client Classification:

   • Classification is based on the projected annual revenue contribution of the client as determined by Alerio Consulting.

5. Reward Distribution:

   • Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the one-month service period is completed.

   • Rewards can be issued via bank transfer, Amazon voucher, or another mutually agreed-upon method.

6. Program Duration:

   • The referral program is ongoing but may be modified or terminated at Alerio Consulting’s discretion with prior notice.

7. General Conditions:

   • Alerio Consulting reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referred client if any terms are breached.

   • Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Alerio Consulting.

8. Privacy Policy:

   • All information submitted through the referral process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of the referral program.
